TRANSLATION LENS - END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

By using this software, you agree to the following terms:

1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
This application uses Google Gemini API for translation services.
- Translation features may be temporarily unavailable due to Google service outages
- No compensation will be provided for translation credits during service disruptions
- Translation accuracy is not guaranteed

2. CREDIT CONSUMPTION
- Standard Mode consumes 1 credit per translation
- High-Precision Mode consumes 20 credits per translation
- Cached translations do not consume credits
- Consumed credits are non-refundable (subject to Steam's refund policy)

3. DATA HANDLING
- Text you translate is sent to Google's servers for processing
- We do not store your translated content on our servers beyond caching
- Cached translations may be shared anonymously to reduce API costs

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.

5. CHANGES TO SERVICE
We reserve the right to modify pricing, credit amounts, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
