End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Zakym s. r. o., and governs your use of the software product titled The Wellmonts Case Demo (“Game”).
By installing, copying, or using the Game, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
Zakym s. r. o. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. Zakym s. r. o. retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit the Game;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Game;
Use the Game for commercial distribution or reproduction without prior written consent.
Note: This section does not restrict individuals from sharing gameplay, reviews, or live streams of the Game on platforms like YouTube or Twitch, including monetized content.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. Zakym s. r. o. does not warrant that the Game will be error-free or operate without interruption. Use of the Game is at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zakym s. r. o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or mental trauma due to scary content.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
