End User License Agreement (EULA) for Field of Enemies
Developer: Dexied Games, Dexied, Sultan Sultanov
This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between the developer of Field of Enemies (the “Developer”) and the user (the “Player”) regarding the use of the game, its content, and related services.
By launching Field of Enemies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
If you do not agree — simply close the game and do something safer (like accounting).
Field of Enemies is a Survivors-style action game where up to four players fight endless waves of monsters.
The game includes sudden sounds, flashing lights, and intense visual effects that may affect sensitive individuals (and possibly your monitor, if you hit it).
Players continuously earn experience, abilities, achievements, and compete in leaderboards.
The main goal is simple: survive as long as possible. Spoiler: you won’t.
There are microtransactions, but hey — they’re optional (mostly).
3.1. The Player is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Field of Enemies for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
Distribute copies of the game on third-party websites or platforms without written permission from the Developer.
Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to peek under the hood (it’s not a puzzle game).
Use the game for any commercial purpose without the Developer’s consent.
Claim to be the Developer (we already have one, and they’re stressed enough).
The game may contain in-game purchases. All payments are processed via official distribution platforms (e.g., Steam, Epic Games Store, etc.).
By making a purchase, you agree that:
The money is gone (but with love). Refunds are available in accordance with the terms and conditions of the platform on which the game is distributed.
5.1. The Developer is not responsible for:
Any bugs, crashes, glitches, data loss, emotional damage, sudden FPS drops, or other digital misfortunes.
Any laughter, panic, fear, or adrenaline rush you might experience.
5.2. If you find yourself having too much fun — or not enough — the developers are not to blame.
5.3. If you start seeing the monsters in your living room — that’s on you, not the game.
The Developer reserves the right to modify, update, or break parts of the game at any time without prior notice.
Sometimes it makes the game better. Sometimes… it just makes it funnier.
7.1. This Agreement may be updated at any time. The new version takes effect immediately upon publication.
7.2. By continuing to play, you agree to any changes (even if you didn’t read them).
7.3. All rights to the game belong to the Developer.
Thank you for playing Field of Enemies!
If you enjoyed it — awesome.
If you didn’t — that’s fine too. At least you tried.
