END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Joshua Shaw, the developer and owner of the intellectual property related to the video game titled "Hungry Lily & The Fallen Knight" ("the Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Grant of License
Joshua Shaw grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and play the Game for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Game or any part of it without express written permission.
2. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Game and all of its original content, including but not limited to graphics, code, design, and audio, are the intellectual property of Joshua Shaw. Some visual and audio elements used in the Game were sourced from commercially licensed assets with valid permissions for use in commercial products. Unauthorized use of any part of the Game is strictly prohibited.
3. Game Status and Updates
This Game is a fully released product. While every effort has been made to ensure a stable and polished experience, minor bugs or performance issues may still occur from time to time.
Joshua Shaw may continue to release updates that improve gameplay, address bugs, and introduce new content. Your feedback is welcome and may influence future enhancements.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joshua Shaw shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to data loss, computer malfunctions, or other issues.
5. Termination
This license will automatically terminate if you breach any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop all use of the Game and delete all copies from your devices.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install, play, or otherwise use the Game.
