End User License Agreement (EULA) for "Ming Cun Shi Wang"

1. License Grant
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play "Echoes of Shadows: The Last Jinyiwei" ("the Game") for personal, non-commercial use on supported platforms, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions
You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Game;
  
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Game;
  
• Use the Game for commercial purposes without explicit permission;
  
• Exploit or cheat in multiplayer or online features.

3. Ownership
The Game and all associated intellectual property are owned by [Funmen Games]. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Violation of any terms may result in revocation of your license and access to the Game.

5. Liability
The Game is provided "as-is". [Funmen Games] is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from use of the Game.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [China].
