End User License Agreement (EULA)
IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY:
By installing, copying, or using WASTED Bloodline, you agree to the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA") with 3C Games. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the game.
1. Grant of License
3C Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use WASTED Bloodline only via Steam on PC, for personal and non-commercial use.
2. Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
Copy, sell, distribute, or sublicense the game.
Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the game.
Use cheats, hacks, bots, or third-party software to alter gameplay.
Use the game for commercial or professional purposes.
3. Intellectual Property
All rights to WASTED Bloodline – including source code, graphic assets, audio, narrative, and trademarks – remain the sole property of 3C Games. The game is protected by copyright laws and international treaties.
4. Early Access
The game is released in Early Access. This means it is subject to ongoing changes, updates, and improvements. 3C Games reserves the right to change or remove features and content at any time without notice.
5. Refunds
You agree that no refunds are granted outside of Steam’s official refund policies.
6. Term and Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. 3C Games reserves the right to revoke the license and your access to the game if you violate any term of this agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
The game is provided "as is", without any warranties, express or implied. 3C Games shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the game.
8. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts.
