END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Akaimori for the game Up's and Wipes.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and play one copy of Up’s and Wipes on a personal computer for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Ownership
We own all rights, title, and interest in and to Up’s and Wipes, including all content, code, artwork, music, and trademarks. This license gives you rights to use the Game, but you do not own the Game itself.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Share, sell, rent, or sublicense the Game to others;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game;
Distribute copies of the Game or make it available online for others to download.
4. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Game from your devices.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
Up’s and Wipes is provided "as is," without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Game, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
