Developed and published by Wayfinder Studios AB
Effective Date: 3 July 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing WYLDHEART (“the Game”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to the terms, do not use the Game.

2. License Grant
Wayfinder Studios AB grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial use. You may not distribute, lease, sublicense, or otherwise make the Game available to third parties.

3. Ownership
The Game and all related intellectual property, including but not limited to artwork, code, music, and characters, are owned by Wayfinder Studios AB. You receive no ownership rights under this Agreement.

4. Restrictions
You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game;
  
• Use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software;
  
• Harass, abuse, or otherwise disrupt the experience of other players;
  
• Attempt to circumvent any security or moderation systems;
  
• Share, livestream, record, distribute, or post any videos, screenshots, written content, or derivative works related to the Game in any form (including on social media, streaming platforms, or websites) without prior written permission from Wayfinder Studios AB.

5. Online Services
The Game may require an internet connection and may include multiplayer features. Wayfinder Studios AB is not responsible for connection issues or data charges. Online features may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

6. User-Generated Content
If the Game allows you to create or upload content, you grant Wayfinder Studios AB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display that content. You are solely responsible for it.

7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Wayfinder Studios AB may terminate this license at any time if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and delete all copies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Wayfinder Studios AB disclaims all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability
Wayfinder Studios AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Game.

10. Updates and Modifications
Wayfinder Studios AB may release updates or patches for the Game. You agree that the terms of this Agreement apply to all such updates.

11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Umeå.
