VR NAUGHTY USER AGREEMENT
⦁ Introduction
VR NAUGHTY is a platform (“Platform”) that provides access to sexually explicit content, particularly virtual reality (“VR”) content interactive experience for Users to stream and/or download photos, pictures and/or videos (“Services”).
This VR NAUGHTY User Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Eden Entertainment and Gaming PLC (“Company”), the owner of the Platform. By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Services and its related content, the User acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the Agreement in their entirety. The User is strictly prohibited from downloading, playing, or otherwise accessing any content related to the Platform without prior acceptance of the Agreement.
⦁ Device Requirements
To utilize the Services, the User must have a VR headset, personal computer, smartphone, tablet, or another device that meets the Platform’s system and compatibility requirements. The minimum and recommended system specifications may be updated periodically, and it is the User’s responsibility to check for updates. System requirements indicate compatibility with Oculus devices. For further details, please refer to the support section. However, note that the support section does not include setup instructions for connecting or operating VR devices. The minimum requirements for running the application are as follows: Windows 10/11 operating system, an Intel i7 7000 series processor, 8 GB of RAM, an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 graphics card, and at least 7 GB of available storage space. The application also supports VR devices, specifically OpenXR Meta Quest 2 and OpenXR Meta Quest 3. For an optimal experience, it is recommended to have Windows 10/11, an Intel i7 10700 series processor, 16 GB of RAM, an Nvidia GeForce GTX 2070 graphics card, and 7 GB of available storage space. The recommended VR devices remain OpenXR Meta Quest 2 and OpenXR Meta Quest 3. It is the User’s responsibility to ensure that a suitable device is available to access the content at its full functionality. Platform is not responsible for any performance issues, connection problems, or technical difficulties caused by inadequate or outdated hardware, incompatible software, or network instability.
⦁ Content of the Services
The User acknowledges and agrees that the content provided through the Platform includes sexually explicit material or mature content, which is intended solely for individuals who are legally permitted to access such content. The User affirms that they are fully aware that the Services consist of adult-oriented content, including but not limited to explicit depictions of sexual activities, nudity, and other adult themes.
The Platform does not utilize real-world images, likenesses, or representations of individuals without their explicit permission. Any characters, assets, or content resembling real people are purely coincidental and not intended to depict any actual individuals.
By accessing the Platform, the User explicitly confirms that they are not offended by or opposed to such sexually explicit content. The User further acknowledges that the content available on the Platform may include themes such as bondage, S/M, and other fetish-related activities, and they willingly choose to view such content for personal enjoyment.
The User accepts full responsibility for their decision to access the Platform and affirms that their use of the Platform and its content complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. The User agrees that the Platform has made them aware of the nature of the content and that they are entering into this Agreement voluntarily, with a clear understanding of the content they will be exposed to.
By accessing the Platform, the User expressly acknowledges that all contents they use on the Platform are user-generated-contents and accordingly the User discharges the providers, owners, and creators of the Platform from any liability associated with the viewing, downloading, or streaming of such material.
⦁ Conformity Requirements and Access
The Platform contains sexually explicit material and mature content that is unsuitable for minors. Only individuals who (i) are at least 18 years of age, and (ii) have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction are permitted to access the Platform. If the User does not meet these age requirements, they must not access the Platform and must immediately exit.
4.1. User Declarations and Responsibilities
By accessing the Platform, you confirm and guarantee that:
(a) You are at least 18 years old, have reached the legal age of majority where you reside, and have the full legal capacity to enter into and comply with this Agreement;
(b) All information you provide is accurate, truthful, and up to date, and you commit to keeping it current as necessary;
(c) The User is fully aware of the pornographic nature of the content available on the Platform and affirms that they are not offended by content of this nature, including material depicting men or women in various sexual situations and by such material nor restricted from accessing it under applicable laws;
(d) You are fully aware of the legal regulations in your jurisdiction regarding access to adult content, including depictions of bondage, S/M, and other fetish-related themes;
(e) You have the lawful right to view adult content, and we have the legal right to make it available to you;
(f) You are choosing to access the Platform for your own personal enjoyment and not for any unlawful, commercial, or unauthorized purposes;
(g) You will not share, distribute, or facilitate access to any content from the Platform to minors or individuals prohibited from viewing such material;
(h) By using the Platform, you release, discharge, and hold harmless its operators, owners, and content creators from any liability arising from your access to or use of the Platform and its materials.
(i) The User acknowledges that any content they create, modify, or share using the Platform, including but not limited to digital characters, animations, or text, is their sole responsibility. The Company assumes no liability for user generated content.
(j) The User agrees not to create, upload, or distribute any content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, contains hate speech, or promotes harassment, discrimination, or violence.
(k) The User will not share, rent, or sell their account access to any third party. Any attempt to do so may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account.
(l) The User acknowledges that the Platform may use automated or manual anti-cheat and security monitoring systems, and any violations of the Platform’s fair play policy may result in permanent account suspension or legal action.
(m) The User acknowledges that they are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including laws governing digital content and age restrictions.
4.2. Zero-Tolerance Policy on Child Exploitation
Platform strictly prohibits any form of child exploitation and enforces a zero-tolerance policy against any content involving minors. Under no circumstances does the Platform host or allow material that depicts minors, whether real or simulated, in sexual situations.
Any attempt to create, upload, share, or distribute illegal content of this nature will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the appropriate legal authorities.
If you encounter any content that you suspect involves minors, you must report it immediately to us by providing all relevant details, including the date, time, and nature of the content.
Platform will investigate all reports with urgency and take the necessary legal and technical steps to remove and report such content to law enforcement.
The Platform is dedicated to maintaining a lawful and ethical environment for adult content and will take every measure to prevent and eliminate any material that violates this policy.
4.3. Access Through Third-Party Distribution Services
The Platform may be made available through authorized digital distribution services that enable the purchase, download, and use of interactive software. The availability of the Platform on any such service is subject to the terms, policies, and technical requirements of the respective provider.
The Company does not guarantee continued availability on any specific service and reserves the right to distribute the Platform through additional or alternative services at its sole discretion.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they meet the system requirements and comply with the terms of the chosen distribution service to access and use the Platform.
In no event shall the Company be held liable for any damages, losses, or other negative consequences arising from the availability or non-availability of the Platform on any specific distribution service, and all such risks are solely the responsibility of the User.
⦁ License Grant
The Company hereby grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement. This license is limited to the use of the Platform on compatible devices, as specified by the Company, and is provided with the understanding that the User complies fully with the provisions of the Agreement. The User acknowledges that this license does not grant any ownership rights or intellectual property rights over the Platform, and that all such rights remain the sole property of the Company or its licensors. This license does not grant the User any rights to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Platform or any part thereof.
The license granted herein is conditional upon the User’s adherence to all applicable terms, including those regarding the User’s conduct while using the Platform. The Company reserves the right to revoke, suspend, or terminate this license at its sole discretion, should the User violate any of the terms of the Agreement, without any liability to the User. The User agrees not to use the Platform for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to resale, redistribution, or any other form of exploitation without the prior written consent of the Company. Any unauthorized use of the Platform or violation of this license may result in immediate suspension or termination of the User’s access, without any refund or compensation, at the Company’s sole discretion.
⦁ User Obligations
6.1. The User agrees to use the Platform in full compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including those related to the use of online services and content. The User acknowledges that it is their responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform adheres to these legal requirements at all times.
6.2. The User further agrees not to engage in any activities that may disrupt or interfere with the experience of other Users. This includes, but is not limited to, cheating, exploiting bugs, or participating in any conduct that negatively affects the functionality of the Platform or diminishes the enjoyment of other Users.
Additionally, the User agrees not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or alter the Platform or any part of its code. This includes its software, user interface, or any other technological components. Any unauthorized modification or interference with the Platform’s operation is strictly prohibited.
6.3. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, including usernames, passwords, and any other related information. The User agrees not to share their account credentials with any third party and acknowledges that they are solely responsible for any and all activities conducted under their account.
Failure to adhere to these obligations may result in the suspension or termination of the User’s access to the Platform, at the Company’s sole discretion, without liability to the Company.
6.4. The Platform employs various anti-cheat measures to ensure a fair and secure experience for all users. By using the Platform, User acknowledge and agree to the following:
(a) User will not use unauthorized third-party software, hacks, exploits, bots, automation tools, or any other programs designed to manipulate the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
(b) User will not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform, including but not limited to modifying files, reverse engineering, or tampering with security features.
(c) User will not attempt to bypass, disable, or otherwise interfere with any anti-cheat systems implemented by the Platform.
6.5 The Platform reserves the right to monitor user activity and investigate suspected violations. If any unauthorized behavior is detected, the Company may take actions including, but not limited to:
(a) Temporary or permanent suspension of the user’s account;
(b) Revocation of access to any content, features, or services associated with the Platform;
(c) Legal action or reporting to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
6.6 By using the Platform, User acknowledge and consent to the use of automated and manual anti-cheat detection systems. Any data collected as part of these security measures may be used to ensure compliance with this Agreement.
Any violation of these terms will result in immediate enforcement actions without refund or compensation.
6.7 The Platform allows users to create and modify digital characters and content using the Character Creator and other tools provided. By generating, uploading, or sharing any content on the Platform, User acknowledge and agree that:
(a) User is solely responsible for any content you create, upload, share, or distribute on the Platform. The Company does not monitor or pre-approve user-generated content and assumes no liability for such content.
(b) User will not create, upload, or distribute any content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, obscene, offensive, hateful, or otherwise violates applicable laws or regulations.
(c) User will not create, upload, or share content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties.
(d) User will not use the Platform to create, share, or distribute content that includes child exploitation, non-consensual acts, or any other prohibited material.
(e) Platform reserves the right to remove, restrict access to, or take legal action against any user who violates these terms.
By using the Platform, User acknowledge that any content you create is User’s responsibility. Platform may, at its discretion, remove or restrict content that it deems to be in violation of these terms, but it is not obligated to monitor or moderate all content.
6.8 In the event that the User violates any of the obligations set forth in this Agreement, the User shall be liable for any damages, losses, costs, or expenses incurred by the Company, including but not limited to legal fees, investigation costs, and any financial or reputational harm suffered as a result of such violation. The Company reserves the right to seek full indemnification from the User for any direct or indirect damages arising from non-compliance with the Agreement.
For the avoidance of doubt The User agrees not to use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities. This includes any actions that violate applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of others. The User further agrees not to engage in any behavior that could cause harm or damage to other Users or the Platform itself.
The User shall not harass, threaten, or harm other players in any manner. This includes any actions, whether through direct communication or indirect means, that create an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment for other Users.
The User is also prohibited from posting or sharing content that is inappropriate, offensive, or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise violates any applicable copyright laws or other legal protections.
Additionally, the User agrees not to use any unauthorized third-party software, tools, or modifications in connection with the Platform. This includes any tools that alter, disrupt, or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform or its features, and may result in the suspension or termination of the User’s access to the Platform.
Failure to comply with these provisions may lead to disciplinary action, including the suspension or permanent termination of the User’s account, at the Company’s sole discretion.
⦁ Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including but not limited to any user generated content created by the User or intellectual property rights, remain the sole property of the Company. The User acknowledges that by accessing or using the Platform, they do not acquire any ownership rights or interests in the Platform, its content including user generated content, or any associated intellectual property. The Company retains full ownership over all aspects of the Platform, including its software, content, design, trademarks, and any other proprietary elements.
The User’s access to the Platform is granted under a limited license as outlined in this Agreement, and does not grant any rights to use, distribute, or otherwise exploit the Platform’s intellectual property for any commercial or non-commercial purposes beyond the scope of this Agreement. Any unauthorized use of the Company’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
⦁ Updates and Modifications
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time, with or without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to the content, features, functionality, or availability of the Platform.
The User agrees that continued use of the Platform after any such modifications or updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions. It is the User’s responsibility to regularly review the terms of this Agreement to stay informed of any changes that may affect their use of the Platform. The Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the User’s failure to comply with the updated terms.
The Platform may require mandatory updates, patches, or modifications that could alter its functionality. Failure to install such updates may result in restricted access or limited functionality for the User. The Platform does not guarantee that any updates or modifications will be compatible with its previous versions or all devices.
⦁ Termination
The Company may terminate your access to the Platform at its sole discretion if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform.
The Company may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the User’s access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, if the User violates this Agreement or engages in any activity deemed harmful, illegal, or disruptive to the Company, its services, or other users. Upon termination, the User must immediately cease all use of the Platform. The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or compensation claims resulting from such termination.
⦁ Disclaimer of Warranties
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE PLATFORM, THE SERVICES, AND ANY INFORMATION ACCESSIBLE ON, OR THROUGH THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVICES, IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.” YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT THE PLATFORM AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FOR AMUSEMENT AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY AND THAT USE OF THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF TITLE AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER THE COMPANY, ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, NOR ANY OF THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES OR REPRESENTATIVES REPRESENT OR WARRANT (i) THAT THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVICES, WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, OR ERROR FREE; (ii) THAT THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE OR WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCESSIBLE, TIMELY, OR SECURE; (iii) THAT ANY DEFECTS IN THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES WILL BE FREE FROM VIRUSES, "WORMS," "TROJAN HORSES" OR OTHER HARMFUL PROPERTIES; (iv) THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY MATERIAL PUBLISHED OR ACCESSIBLE ON OR THROUGH THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES; AND (v) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. THE PLATFORM AND ITS AFFILIATES HEREBY DISCLAIM, AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE THE PLATFORM AND ITS AFFILIATES FROM, ANY AND ALL OBLIGATIONS, LIABILITIES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS OR REMEDIES IN TORT ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THIS PLATFORM AND THE SERVICES, WHETHER OR NOT ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE (ACTIVE, PASSIVE OR IMPUTED) OF THE COMPANY OR ITS AFFILIATES.
THE COMPANY MAKES NO CLAIM THAT THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVICES ARE APPROPRIATE OR LEGALLY ACCESSIBLE FROM ALL TERRITORIES. WHEN YOU ACCESS THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVICES, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAWS OF YOUR JURISDICTION. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE PLATFORM AND THE SERVICES ARE ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOU, YOUR PROPERTY, OR YOUR CONTENT THAT RESULTS FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVICES.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.
⦁ Limitation of Liability
BY USING ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE PLATFORM, THE USER AGREES THAT, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSEES, OR WEB HOSTING SERVİCES BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USER’S ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PLATFORM AND ITS SERVICES. THE USER’S SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY DISSATISFACTION, BREACH, OR DEFAULT OF THİS AGREEMENT BY THE COMPANY SHALL BE TO CEASE ALL USE OF THE PLATFORM AND, IF APPLICABLE, REQUEST A RETURN OF ANY FEES PAID FOR SERVICES PROVIDED UNDER THİS AGREEMENT.
THE USER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE COMPANY, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSEES, WEB HOSTING SERVICES, AND ANY THIRD PARTIES FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, COSTS, LIABILITIES, AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COURT COSTS, LEGAL FEES, AWARDS, OR SETTLEMENTS, ARİSİNG OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USER’S USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING ANY BREACH OF THE TERMS OF THİS AGREEMENT BY THE USER.
Notwithstanding the above, the User may have additional rights under certain laws, including consumer protection laws, which may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such cases, any exclusions or limitations in this Agreement that conflict with applicable laws may not apply to the User.
⦁ Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

⦁ Entire Agreement
This Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Company regarding the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

(e) You have the lawful right to view adult content, and we have the legal right to make it available to you;
(f) You are choosing to access the Platform for your own personal enjoyment and not for any unlawful, commercial, or unauthorized purposes;
(g) You will not share, distribute, or facilitate access to any content from the Platform to minors or individuals prohibited from viewing such material;
(h) By using the Platform, you release, discharge, and hold harmless its operators, owners, and content creators from any liability arising from your access to or use of the Platform and its materials.
(i) The User acknowledges that any content they create, modify, or share using the Platform, including but not limited to digital characters, animations, or text, is their sole responsibility. The Company assumes no liability for user generated content.
(j) The User agrees not to create, upload, or distribute any content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, contains hate speech, or promotes harassment, discrimination, or violence.
(k) The User will not share, rent, or sell their account access to any third party. Any attempt to do so may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account.
(l) The User acknowledges that the Platform may use automated or manual anti-cheat and security monitoring systems, and any violations of the Platform’s fair play policy may result in permanent account suspension or legal action.
(m) The User acknowledges that they are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including laws governing digital content and age restrictions.
4.2. Zero-Tolerance Policy on Child Exploitation
Platform strictly prohibits any form of child exploitation and enforces a zero-tolerance policy against any content involving minors. Under no circumstances does the Platform host or allow material that depicts minors, whether real or simulated, in sexual situations.
Any attempt to create, upload, share, or distribute illegal content of this nature will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the appropriate legal authorities.
If you encounter any content that you suspect involves minors, you must report it immediately to us by providing all relevant details, including the date, time, and nature of the content.
Platform will investigate all reports with urgency and take the necessary legal and technical steps to remove and report such content to law enforcement.
The Platform is dedicated to maintaining a lawful and ethical environment for adult content and will take every measure to prevent and eliminate any material that violates this policy.
4.3. Access Through Third-Party Distribution Services
The Platform may be made available through authorized digital distribution services that enable the purchase, download, and use of interactive software. The availability of the Platform on any such service is subject to the terms, policies, and technical requirements of the respective provider.
The Company does not guarantee continued availability on any specific service and reserves the right to distribute the Platform through additional or alternative services at its sole discretion.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they meet the system requirements and comply with the terms of the chosen distribution service to access and use the Platform.
In no event shall the Company be held liable for any damages, losses, or other negative consequences arising from the availability or non-availability of the Platform on any specific distribution service, and all such risks are solely the responsibility of the User.
⦁ License Grant
The Company hereby grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement. This license is limited to the use of the Platform on compatible devices, as specified by the Company, and is provided with the understanding that the User complies fully with the provisions of the Agreement. The User acknowledges that this license does not grant any ownership rights or intellectual property rights over the Platform, and that all such rights remain the sole property of the Company or its licensors. This license does not grant the User any rights to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Platform or any part thereof.
The license granted herein is conditional upon the User’s adherence to all applicable terms, including those regarding the User’s conduct while using the Platform. The Company reserves the right to revoke, suspend, or terminate this license at its sole discretion, should the User violate any of the terms of the Agreement, without any liability to the User. The User agrees not to use the Platform for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to resale, redistribution, or any other form of exploitation without the prior written consent of the Company. Any unauthorized use of the Platform or violation of this license may result in immediate suspension or termination of the User’s access, without any refund or compensation, at the Company’s sole discretion.
⦁ User Obligations
6.1. The User agrees to use the Platform in full compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including those related to the use of online services and content. The User acknowledges that it is their responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform adheres to these legal requirements at all times.
6.2. The User further agrees not to engage in any activities that may disrupt or interfere with the experience of other Users. This includes, but is not limited to, cheating, exploiting bugs, or participating in any conduct that negatively affects the functionality of the Platform or diminishes the enjoyment of other Users.
Additionally, the User agrees not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or alter the Platform or any part of its code. This includes its software, user interface, or any other technological components. Any unauthorized modification or interference with the Platform’s operation is strictly prohibited.
6.3. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, including usernames, passwords, and any other related information. The User agrees not to share their account credentials with any third party and acknowledges that they are solely responsible for any and all activities conducted under their account.
Failure to adhere to these obligations may result in the suspension or termination of the User’s access to the Platform, at the Company’s sole discretion, without liability to the Company.
6.4. The Platform employs various anti-cheat measures to ensure a fair and secure experience for all users. By using the Platform, User acknowledge and agree to the following:
(a) User will not use unauthorized third-party software, hacks, exploits, bots, automation tools, or any other programs designed to manipulate the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
(b) User will not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform, including but not limited to modifying files, reverse engineering, or tampering with security features.
(c) User will not attempt to bypass, disable, or otherwise interfere with any anti-cheat systems implemented by the Platform.
6.5 The Platform reserves the right to monitor user activity and investigate suspected violations. If any unauthorized behavior is detected, the Company may take actions including, but not limited to:
(a) Temporary or permanent suspension of the user’s account;
(b) Revocation of access to any content, features, or services associated with the Platform;
(c) Legal action or reporting to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
6.6 By using the Platform, User acknowledge and consent to the use of automated and manual anti-cheat detection systems. Any data collected as part of these security measures may be used to ensure compliance with this Agreement.
Any violation of these terms will result in immediate enforcement actions without refund or compensation.
6.7 The Platform allows users to create and modify digital characters and content using the Character Creator and other tools provided. By generating, uploading, or sharing any content on the Platform, User acknowledge and agree that:
(a) User is solely responsible for any content you create, upload, share, or distribute on the Platform. The Company does not monitor or pre-approve user-generated content and assumes no liability for such content.
(b) User will not create, upload, or distribute any content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, obscene, offensive, hateful, or otherwise violates applicable laws or regulations.
(c) User will not create, upload, or share content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties.
(d) User will not use the Platform to create, share, or distribute content that includes child exploitation, non-consensual acts, or any other prohibited material.
(e) Platform reserves the right to remove, restrict access to, or take legal action against any user who violates these terms.
By using the Platform, User acknowledge that any content you create is User’s responsibility. Platform may, at its discretion, remove or restrict content that it deems to be in violation of these terms, but it is not obligated to monitor or moderate all content.
6.8 In the event that the User violates any of the obligations set forth in this Agreement, the User shall be liable for any damages, losses, costs, or expenses incurred by the Company, including but not limited to legal fees, investigation costs, and any financial or reputational harm suffered as a result of such violation. The Company reserves the right to seek full indemnification from the User for any direct or indirect damages arising from non-compliance with the Agreement.
For the avoidance of doubt The User agrees not to use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities. This includes any actions that violate applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of others. The User further agrees not to engage in any behavior that could cause harm or damage to other Users or the Platform itself.
The User shall not harass, threaten, or harm other players in any manner. This includes any actions, whether through direct communication or indirect means, that create an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment for other Users.
The User is also prohibited from posting or sharing content that is inappropriate, offensive, or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise violates any applicable copyright laws or other legal protections.
Additionally, the User agrees not to use any unauthorized third-party software, tools, or modifications in connection with the Platform. This includes any tools that alter, disrupt, or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform or its features, and may result in the suspension or termination of the User’s access to the Platform.
Failure to comply with these provisions may lead to disciplinary action, including the suspension or permanent termination of the User’s account, at the Company’s sole discretion.
⦁ Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including but not limited to any user generated content created by the User or intellectual property rights, remain the sole property of the Company. The User acknowledges that by accessing or using the Platform, they do not acquire any ownership rights or interests in the Platform, its content including user generated content, or any associated intellectual property. The Company retains full ownership over all aspects of the Platform, including its software, content, design, trademarks, and any other proprietary elements.
The User’s access to the Platform is granted under a limited license as outlined in this Agreement, and does not grant any rights to use, distribute, or otherwise exploit the Platform’s intellectual property for any commercial or non-commercial purposes beyond the scope of this Agreement. Any unauthorized use of the Company’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
⦁ Updates and Modifications
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time, with or without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to the content, features, functionality, or availability of the Platform.
The User agrees that continued use of the Platform after any such modifications or updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions. It is the User’s responsibility to regularly review the terms of this Agreement to stay informed of any changes that may affect their use of the Platform. The Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the User’s failure to comply with the updated terms.
The Platform may require mandatory updates, patches, or modifications that could alter its functionality. Failure to install such updates may result in restricted access or limited functionality for the User. The Platform does not guarantee that any updates or modifications will be compatible with its previous versions or all devices.
⦁ Termination
The Company may terminate your access to the Platform at its sole discretion if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform.
The Company may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the User’s access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, if the User violates this Agreement or engages in any activity deemed harmful, illegal, or disruptive to the Company, its services, or other users. Upon termination, the User must immediately cease all use of the Platform. The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or compensation claims resulting from such termination.
⦁ Disclaimer of Warranties
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE PLATFORM, THE SERVICES, AND ANY INFORMATION ACCESSIBLE ON, OR THROUGH THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVICES, IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.” YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT THE PLATFORM AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FOR AMUSEMENT AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY AND THAT USE OF THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF TITLE AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER THE COMPANY, ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, NOR ANY OF THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES OR REPRESENTATIVES REPRESENT OR WARRANT (i) THAT THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVICES, WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, OR ERROR FREE; (ii) THAT THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE OR WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCESSIBLE, TIMELY, OR SECURE; (iii) THAT ANY DEFECTS IN THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES WILL BE FREE FROM VIRUSES, "WORMS," "TROJAN HORSES" OR OTHER HARMFUL PROPERTIES; (iv) THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY MATERIAL PUBLISHED OR ACCESSIBLE ON OR THROUGH THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES; AND (v) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. THE PLATFORM AND ITS AFFILIATES HEREBY DISCLAIM, AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE THE PLATFORM AND ITS AFFILIATES FROM, ANY AND ALL OBLIGATIONS, LIABILITIES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS OR REMEDIES IN TORT ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THIS PLATFORM AND THE SERVICES, WHETHER OR NOT ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE (ACTIVE, PASSIVE OR IMPUTED) OF THE COMPANY OR ITS AFFILIATES.
THE COMPANY MAKES NO CLAIM THAT THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVICES ARE APPROPRIATE OR LEGALLY ACCESSIBLE FROM ALL TERRITORIES. WHEN YOU ACCESS THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVICES, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAWS OF YOUR JURISDICTION. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE PLATFORM AND THE SERVICES ARE ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOU, YOUR PROPERTY, OR YOUR CONTENT THAT RESULTS FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVICES.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.
⦁ Limitation of Liability
BY USING ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE PLATFORM, THE USER AGREES THAT, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSEES, OR WEB HOSTING SERVİCES BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USER’S ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PLATFORM AND ITS SERVICES. THE USER’S SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY DISSATISFACTION, BREACH, OR DEFAULT OF THİS AGREEMENT BY THE COMPANY SHALL BE TO CEASE ALL USE OF THE PLATFORM AND, IF APPLICABLE, REQUEST A RETURN OF ANY FEES PAID FOR SERVICES PROVIDED UNDER THİS AGREEMENT.
THE USER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE COMPANY, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSEES, WEB HOSTING SERVICES, AND ANY THIRD PARTIES FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, COSTS, LIABILITIES, AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COURT COSTS, LEGAL FEES, AWARDS, OR SETTLEMENTS, ARİSİNG OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USER’S USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING ANY BREACH OF THE TERMS OF THİS AGREEMENT BY THE USER.
Notwithstanding the above, the User may have additional rights under certain laws, including consumer protection laws, which may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such cases, any exclusions or limitations in this Agreement that conflict with applicable laws may not apply to the User.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
