The SOFTWARE PRODUCT, identified as "Sierra Ops", is a game developed by the Creators, "Innomen Productions Team". This EULA is an agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the Creators and Author. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT features audiovisual media, enormous amounts of text, and may include associated printed materials if it was received in a physical copy.
By installing, copying, or using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, uninstall, do not install, or do not use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
1. Installation and Use.
You may install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT under platform User Account, and run the SOFTWARE PRODUCT under platform services.
2. Reproduction and Distribution.
Only the Creators and Publisher(s) can distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
You cannot freely upload copies, nor distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on any website, nor through any other distribution mechanism without consent of the Creators.
3. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, Disassembly, and change (add, delete or modify) the resources in the compiled assembly.

4. Copyright.
All title and copyrights of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, logos, sprites, scripts and UI layout incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT),
and accompanying materials are owned by the Creators. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material.
Content creators ("Youtubers" or "Streamers") can broadcast and monetize SOFTWARE PRODUCT contents through streaming services (Youtube, Twitch, Facebook Live) without requiring permission from the Creators.
5. NO WARRANTIES.
The Creators of SOFTWARE PRODUCT expressly disclaims any warranty. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.
6. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
In no event shall the Creators of this Software be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if the Creators of SOFTWARE PRODUCT is aware of the possibility of such damages and known defects.
