End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the developer, jackzhou77571, for the game titled "XiaoJun (此生小军)" ("the Game"), including any updates, patches, and associated services or content.
1. Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
2. Restrictions

Bypass or attempt to bypass any security or license enforcement mechanisms
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including all copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property) are and shall remain the sole property of developer. This Agreement grants you no ownership rights.
4. Termination
This license will terminate automatically if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop all use of the Game and delete all copies in your possession.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not warrant that the Game will be free of bugs or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, [developer] shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Canada / British Columbia], without regard to its conflict of law rules.
