End User License Agreement (EULA) for Blossoms of Eternity
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. By installing or using “Blossoms of Eternity” (hereinafter “the Game”), you agree to the terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not install or use the game.
1. License Grant The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game on a single device, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Ownership All right, title and interest in and to the Game, including all copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights, remain with the Licensor and its licensors. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the game.
You may not decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
You may not use the game for illegal purposes or in any way that violates applicable law.
4 Updates and modifications The Licensor reserves the right to update, modify or discontinue the Game at any time. This EULA may also be amended. You will be notified of any changes in an appropriate manner, and your continued use of the Game after such changes will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.
5. Disclaimer The Game is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.
6. Termination This EULA takes effect as soon as you install or use the Game. You may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling the Game and destroying all copies of it. The Licensor may also terminate this EULA if you breach the terms. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy the Game and all copies thereof.
7. Applicable Law This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the country in which you reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes arising out of this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in your country of residence.
8 Consent By installing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this EULA and that you agree to be bound by its terms.
