END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) – HARVEST SCREAM
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE.
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Green Vector Games ("Developer") for the software product "Harvest Scream", including demo, beta, trial, or test versions (collectively "Software"). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not distribute, sell, sublicense, lease, rent, or commercially exploit the Software without written permission from Developer.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content of the Software (code, graphics, audio, models, assets, interfaces, characters, animations) is owned by Developer or its licensors. You do not acquire ownership. Copying, modifying, selling, or redistributing Software content without permission is prohibited.
3. UNREAL® ENGINE DISCLAIMER
This Software was created using Unreal® Engine 5. Unreal® Engine and its related trademarks are owned by Epic Games, Inc. Epic Games, Inc. makes no representations or warranties regarding this Software and shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or other liabilities arising from its use.
4. PLATFORM REQUIREMENTS
Software is distributed via Steam and requires a valid Steam account and client. Developer is not responsible for Steam-related issues. This Agreement is subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement (SSA). All financial transactions and refunds are handled exclusively through the Steam platform.
4.1 GAME LIFECYCLE, UPDATES, AND POTENTIAL DATA RESETS
You acknowledge that the Software is subject to change and may receive patches, updates, or modifications from time to time, including during its Early Access phase. If and when updates are deployed—whether to maintain game stability, ensure a fair competitive environment, enforce anti-cheat measures, implement seasonal content, or perform technical overhauls—it may become necessary to modify, reset, or update in-game progress, save files, character data, statistics, achievements, or Steam Leaderboards.
While Developer aims to protect player efforts and avoid unnecessary disruptions, Developer reserves the right to perform these adjustments during both Early Access and Full Release phases when required for the game's operational functionality. You agree that such updates, if any, are intended to provide a functional and fair experience, and Developer shall not be liable for any loss of in-game progress or perceived virtual value.
5. AGE REQUIREMENT
Users must be at least 13 years of age or meet the local legal minimum age in their jurisdiction. Users under the age of 18 require parent or legal guardian consent to use the Software.
6. MULTIPLAYER AND NETWORKING
Peer-to-peer (P2P) multiplayer may expose your IP address to other players. Developer does not monitor all real-time interactions or user-generated content (chat, usernames, etc.). Users are solely responsible for their online conduct. Use of networking features is at your own risk.
7. ONLINE SERVICES
Online features may be modified, suspended, or removed at any time without notice. Developer provides no guarantee of uptime, security, or error-free performance of online services.
8. USER CONDUCT
Users must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or access source code.
- Use cheats, hacks, automation software, or bots.
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
- Use the Software for any illegal purposes.
- Extract, redistribute, or sell Software assets.
9. MODIFICATIONS AND COMMUNITY CONTENT
Non-commercial videos, streams, or mods are allowed. Furthermore, Developer grants permission for Users to monetize (via advertisements or donations) video content or live streams featuring "Harvest Scream" on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and similar services. However:
- The Software itself (game files) must not be redistributed.
- Game assets (audio, 3D models, textures) must not be sold or distributed separately.
- You may not claim ownership of the Software or its assets within your content.
10. AI TRAINING AND DATA SCRAPING PROHIBITION
STRICT PROHIBITION: The Software, its assets, and any data generated through its use may NOT be used for Artificial Intelligence (AI) training, machine learning, data mining, or scraping without express written permission from the Developer.
11. ENFORCEMENT AND USER RESTRICTIONS
Developer reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban users for violations of this Agreement. Technical measures, including account restrictions or Hardware ID (HWID) blocking, may be applied in accordance with applicable laws.
12. HEALTH AND PSYCHOLOGICAL WARNING; ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Your health and safety are our top priority. As 'Harvest Scream' is an intense horror experience, please be aware of the following...
- PHOTOSENSITIVITY: The Software contains flashing lights, intense visual effects, and patterns that may cause seizures, dizziness, or loss of consciousness.
- PSYCHOLOGICAL IMPACT: As a horror game, the Software contains jumpscares, disturbing imagery, and intense psychological themes.
- USER RESPONSIBILITY: By using the Software, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any physical, mental, or emotional harm that may arise. Developer is not liable for any health-related incidents. If you or any member of your household has a history of epilepsy or mental health sensitivity, consult a physician before playing. If you experience any discomfort, stop playing immediately.
13. PRIVACY
Limited technical data may be processed for gameplay functionality. Personal data collection is minimized and handled per our Privacy Policy, which can be found at: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/GreenVectorGames/harvestscream/refs/heads/main/PrivacyPolicy. Compliance with KVKK, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPL, POPIA, and other local data protection laws is ensured where applicable.
14. NO WARRANTY
The Software is provided "AS IS" without any express or implied warranties. Developer does not guarantee performance, reliability, availability, or compatibility with your specific hardware/software.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Developer is not liable for data loss, profit loss, hardware damage, system failures, or personal injury related to the use or inability to use the Software.
16. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
Developer may update, patch, or modify the Software at any time. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the changes.
17. TERMINATION
This license terminates automatically if you violate any terms of this Agreement. You must cease all use and delete the Software immediately upon termination.
18. GOVERNING LAW, DISPUTE RESOLUTION, AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
This Agreement applies globally. Users are subject to local laws regarding consumer rights. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: TO the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you and Developer agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted solely on an individual basis and NOT in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You explicitly waive your right to participate in any class-action lawsuits against the Developer.
This Agreement is written in English; in the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

20. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC), CONDUCT, AND STEAM INTEGRATION
The Software utilizes Steam API features to enable multiplayer functionality and social interactions, and may allow Users to create, upload, or transmit content, including but not limited to character names, farm names, chat messages, and other in-game customizations ("User-Generated Content" or "UGC").
- Steam Integration and Profile Visibility: By using the Software, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that your Steam profile information, public community data, and game-related metrics (including, but not limited to, your Steam Persona Name (username), Steam Avatar, Steam ID, Steam Achievements, and in-game statistics such as high scores or leaderboard rankings) will be processed by the Software and may be displayed or visible to other players across any and all game menus, screens, and user interfaces (including, but not limited to, the main menu, multiplayer lobbies, matchmaking screens, loading screens, peer-to-peer sessions, public Steam Leaderboards, and the in-game Pause Menu).
- User Responsibility and Indemnity: You are solely responsible for the UGC you create. You are strictly prohibited from creating UGC that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or that infringes upon the intellectual property rights (trademarks, copyrights, etc.) of any third party (e.g., brands, celebrities, or political entities). You agree to indemnify and hold Green Vector Games harmless from any legal claims or damages arising from your UGC.
- Technical Limitation (P2P): You acknowledge that "Harvest Scream" utilizes peer-to-peer (P2P) networking. Consequently, most UGC and real-time interactions are transmitted directly between players. Developer has no technical access to, and does not monitor, modify, or log these private transmissions or locally stored data. You use these features at your own risk.
- Public Features and Monitoring: For any UGC visible on public platforms (e.g., Steam Leaderboards, Rankings, or Community Hubs), Developer reserves the right—but does not have the obligation—to censor, modify, or permanently remove such content and restrict user access at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
- No Endorsement: The presence of any UGC within the Software does not constitute an endorsement by Developer. Developer expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with UGC created by its users.
