This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between Asroni Inc. ("Licensor") and the end user ("User") of the game "AQK" (Japanese title: 圧Q就活) ("Software").

1. Grant of License
Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

2. Restrictions
The User shall not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software
  
• Use the Software for commercial purposes
  

3. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software remain with the Licensor or its respective owners

4. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5. Limitation of Liability
Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.

6. Termination
This Agreement shall terminate immediately if you breach any term herein. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court (or your jurisdiction) shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance.
