This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Neva Studio regarding the use of the game Spectral Protocol ("Game").
1. License Grant
Neva Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play Spectral Protocol for personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including all graphics, sounds, code, and content) are owned by Neva Studio. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game;
Distribute, sell, or sublicense the Game;
Use the Game for commercial purposes without written consent;
Bypass or attempt to bypass security or anti-cheat mechanisms;
Upload the Game or its content to other platforms without permission.
4. User-Generated Content
If the Game allows user-generated content (e.g., mods, maps), you retain ownership of your creations but grant Neva Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute them.
5. Online Features
Spectral Protocol may include online functionality. You are responsible for your behavior when interacting with others and must comply with community standards.
6. Data and Privacy
Spectral Protocol does not collect or transmit any personal data. Any data generated during gameplay (e.g., save files) remains local to your device.
7. No Warranty
The Game is provided “as is.” Neva Studio makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance or suitability of the Game.
8. Limitation of Liability
Neva Studio shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, interruption of service, or hardware/software issues.
9. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Game. Neva Studio may terminate it if you fail to comply with its terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of your country of residence, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
11. Updates to this Agreement
Neva Studio reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
