END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Avocado Factory, the developer and copyright holder of the video game "Moonlit Reaper."
By installing, copying, or otherwise using this game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. Grant of License
Avocado Factory grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Moonlit Reaper for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license is limited to installation and use on supported platforms via the Steam platform or any other officially supported distribution channels.
2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in Moonlit Reaper, including but not limited to all code, assets, text, characters, music, and artwork, are owned by Avocado Factory. This Agreement does not convey any ownership rights to you.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the game;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the game;
- Distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the game or any part thereof to any third party;
- Use the game for any commercial purpose without explicit written permission from Avocado Factory.
4. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the game in your possession.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
Moonlit Reaper is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Avocado Factory makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the game at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
Avocado Factory shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the game, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if Avocado Factory has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Republic of Korea.
