END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“EULA”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE GAME. BY USING THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE GAME.

1. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this EULA, Liquid Swords AB (The Licensor) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use a copy of the game “Samson; A Tyndalston story” (The Game) for non-commercial, personal use only. This license does not grant you any rights to the source code or any other intellectual property related to the Game.

2. Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, distribute, rent, lease, lend, or sell the Game to third parties.

Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Game.

Create, distribute, or sell modifications, patches, or custom content for the Game without express permission from the Licensor.


Use the Game for commercial purposes, including but not limited to making money through streaming, sales, or other monetization methods without the Licensor’s consent.

3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including but not limited to any updates, enhancements, or patches, are owned by the Licensor or its licensors. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you, and all rights not expressly granted to you in this EULA are reserved by the Licensor.

4. Updates and Patches
The Licensor may, but is not obligated to, provide updates or patches to the Game. These updates may be installed automatically or require manual installation. By accepting this EULA, you agree to accept any such updates.
5. Termination
This EULA will remain in effect until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this EULA at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Game and delete all copies from your computer.

6. No Warranty
The Game is provided “as is,” without any warranties or guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Licensor does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from defects.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Game is to stop using it.

8. Privacy and Data Collection
By using the Game, you may provide the Licensor with certain system information or gameplay data. The Licensor may use this data in accordance with its privacy policy, which can be found further down in the "Privacy Statement for the game Samson: A Tyndalston Story”.

9. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Stockholm, Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

10. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor regarding the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Game.
