Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before playing the game "The Long Tale" ("Game").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. LICENSE
Syrnik Interactive grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and play the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
- Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell or otherwise transfer the Game to any third party;
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Game;
- Use the Game for any commercial purpose without express written consent;
- Bypass or attempt to bypass any security mechanisms used to protect the Game.
3. OWNERSHIP
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game remain with Syrnik Interactive.
4. MODIFICATIONS
This Agreement may be updated by Syrnik Interactive at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
5. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.
6. DISCLAIMER
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Syrnik Interactive is not liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Game.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Syrnik Interactive operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
