END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT: By installing, accessing, or using Why? Demo (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, access, or use the Game.
This EULA is a legal agreement between you (the "User" or "Licensee") and Order And Chaos Games ("Developer" or "Licensor"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you are agreeing to the terms set forth in this agreement.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, Order And Chaos Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use a copy of the Game on your personal computer for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
a) Modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Game, except as permitted by applicable law.
b) Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Game to any third party.
c) Use the Game for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to selling or monetizing in any way without prior written permission from Order And Chaos Games.
d) Use the Game in any manner that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Game’s functionality or the servers on which it is hosted.
3. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Game and all related content, including but not limited to the game code, graphics, audio, and trademarks, are the property of Order And Chaos Games and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game or any of its contents.
4. UPDATES AND PATCHES
Order And Chaos Games may, from time to time, release updates, patches, or other modifications to the Game. These updates may be automatically applied without prior notice. By continuing to use the Game after such updates, you agree to the terms of this EULA as amended by those updates.
5. PRIVACY
By using the Game, you consent to the collection and use of certain data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This may include data relating to the performance, functionality, and use of the Game, as well as information that may be collected through online features of the Game.
6. NO WARRANTY
The Game is provided "as is" and Order And Chaos Games makes no representations or warranties regarding the Game’s quality, performance, or suitability for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Order And Chaos Games disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Order And Chaos Games be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits, even if Order And Chaos Games was advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated by either party. Order And Chaos Games may terminate this EULA at any time if you breach any of the terms and conditions of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and uninstall it from your device.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this EULA shall remain in full force and effect.
11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Order And Chaos Games concerning the use of the Game, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
