END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
COPYRIGHT NOTICE
Marmoset LLC retains all right, title and interest in Marmoset Toolbag (the "Software") including all intellectual property rights embodied therein and derivatives thereof. All rights, title, and interest are protected by the copyright laws that pertain to computer software. The Software, or any derivatives thereof, may not be resold, rented, leased, distributed (electronically or otherwise), or offered on any other for-charge basis for any purpose.
SOFTWARE USE LIMITATIONS
This copy of Marmoset Toolbag (the "software") is licensed on a per account basis, and authorized for non-commercial, educational, and commercial use. Each license seat activated may only be used by the account owner. Only in the event the user account owns a multi-seat license, a seat licensed under that account may also be used by another individual/student/employee authorized by the account owner.
All creative works making use of the Software, including but not limited to artworks, interactive software applications, images, renders, and videos created by the end user, including any third party marks, trademarks, or copyrights included with Toolbag, remain property of their respective owners, and no assumption of ownership is made by Marmoset LLC, or Marmoset LLC's owners, employees, agents or assignees.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY ON SOFTWARE
The Software, related documentation, and support media is provided "as is". Marmoset LLC explicitly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No oral or written information given by Marmoset LLC, or any of its authorized representatives, shall create a warranty, unless prohibited by law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall Marmoset LLC, or its respective owners, employees, agents or assignees be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages that may result from the use or inability to use the Software or related documentation, even if such parties have been advised of the possibility of those damages. In no event shall Marmoset LLC's total liability for damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) exceed the amount paid for the Software.

By acquiring the software, you are held to the terms and restrictions of this license.
