END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING [GAME NAME] ("THE GAME") PUBLISHED BY [DEVELOPER/PUBLISHER NAME] ("WE," "US," OR "OUR"). BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR USING THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE GAME.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game for your personal, non-commercial use on a device you own or control.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or any portion of it.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Game.
Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Game.
Use cheats, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify the Game experience.
Use the Game in any way that violates applicable laws.
3. OWNERSHIP
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including all content, code, and intellectual property) are owned by Monday Squid and its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
4. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate this Agreement if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME.
7. UPDATES AND CHANGES
We may update or modify the Game and this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Game may integrate with Steam. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
9. GENERAL
If any part of this Agreement is invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Game.
