This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal document between you ("User") and Darknight Studio ("Developer") for the use of Despicable Boss ("Game"). By installing or playing the Game, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. License
The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not distribute, modify, decompile, or commercially exploit the Game without explicit permission from the Developer.

2. Copyright and Ownership
All assets, code, designs, and content within the Game are the intellectual property of Darknight Studio and are protected by copyright laws.

Unauthorized use, duplication, or reproduction of any part of the Game is strictly prohibited.

3. Updates and Modifications
The Developer reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Game at any time without prior notice.

Any patches or expansions remain the property of the Developer and are subject to this Agreement.

4. Liability Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

The Developer is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to data loss, system failures, or unintended consequences arising from the use of the Game.

5. Termination
Failure to comply with this Agreement may result in immediate termination of the license, prohibiting further use of the Game.

The Developer reserves the right to revoke access to the Game under violation of the terms stated herein.

By continuing to use Despicable Boss, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this End User License Agreement.
