End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and [Your Company Name] ("Licensor"), the developer and publisher of SnakeVib ("Game"). 2. License Grant

Use the Game for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Licensor.
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the Game.
5. User-Generated Content
If the Game allows you to create or upload content, you retain ownership of your content but grant Licensor a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and distribute your content within the Game.
6. Privacy
The Game does not collect data.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Game in your possession.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
