Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading, installing, or using the application and its associated services (the "Software").
By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Software.
1. License Grant
The Publisher grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to, and will not permit any third party to:
Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
Extract, scrape, or use any data mining tools on the Software's databases, assets, or source code.
Bypass or circumvent any security measures or technical restrictions of the Software.
Use the Software in any manner that violates local, national, or international laws.
3. Intellectual Property and Transfers
The Software, including but not limited to graphics, interfaces, source code, scripts, technologies, and associated content, is and remains the exclusive property of the Publisher and its licensors. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
The Publisher expressly reserves the right to assign, transfer, subcontract, or delegate any or all of its rights and obligations under this Agreement to a third party (including, but not limited to, in the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or any other corporate restructuring), without prior notice and without altering your rights to use the Software as defined herein.
4. Data Collection and Security
The use of the Software may involve the collection of certain technical and usage data (e.g., for ban management, network security, or crash analysis). The Publisher agrees to process this data in compliance with applicable regulations and its Privacy Policy. The use of unauthorized third-party tools or the modification of the User-Agent to interact with the Software's services may result in a permanent ban.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or the Publisher. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Publisher disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Publisher be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where the Publisher's registered office is located.
