END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Red Acted (“Developer”), governing your use of the game software and related content (“Game”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. Restrictions
You may not, in whole or in part:
Use the Game for any commercial purpose, including resale or paid services
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code
Extract, modify, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share game assets or files
Create, distribute, or use cheats, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software
Emulate servers or interfere with online functionality
Create or distribute mods or derivative works based on the Game
3. Streaming and Content Creation
Non-commercial video recordings, livestreams, screenshots, and reviews of the Game are permitted, provided they do not imply official endorsement by the Developer.
All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of the Developer.
4. Online Features
The Game may include online features provided through third-party services such as Steam.
Availability of online features is not guaranteed and may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
The Game, including but not limited to its code, artwork, audio, characters, story, and design, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
All rights not expressly granted to the User are reserved by the Developer.
6. Content Warning
The Game is intended for mature audiences only (18+) and contains violence, gore, and intense horror themes.
There is no sexual content or sexually motivated nudity.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The Developer does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to data loss, system failure, or service interruption.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to This Agreement
The Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
