END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and Lord Soul Studios ("Company" or "Licensor") regarding the use of the game My Life as a Robot Vacuum ("Game"). By installing, copying, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not install or use the Game.
2. LICENSE GRANT
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not sublicense, sell, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Game or any associated rights.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Game.
Distribute, lease, rent, or lend the Game to any third party.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Game.
Use the Game for any commercial purposes without the Company's written permission.
Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Game.
4. OWNERSHIP
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights, remain with the Company. The Game is licensed, not sold.
5. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
The Company may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game at its discretion. These updates may be required for continued use of the Game.
6. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of the Game.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or that access will be uninterrupted.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Game.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
10. REFUND POLICY
All refund requests for the Game must be made through Steam and are subject to Steam's refund policy. The Company does not process refunds directly. For more information, please refer to Steam's official refund policy at https://store.steampowered.com/steam_refunds/.

By installing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to its terms.
