IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Ruby Fever Oy (Business ID: 3418147-9), a company incorporated under the laws of Finland, with its registered office at Parmajaanpolku 2 A 17, 00750 Helsinki. By downloading, installing, or using the game Project Num
(the "Game"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Ruby Fever Oy grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content, code, graphics, music, sound effects, and associated media included in the Game are the property of Ruby Fever Oy and its contributors. This includes music composed specifically for the Game, which is licensed to Ruby Fever Oy by the composers for in-game use only.
- Music Usage: The Game's original soundtrack (OST) is licensed for use within the Game. The creators retain the right to distribute the OST separately on streaming platforms such as Spotify or YouTube.
- A separate agreement governs any commercial sale of the OST outside of the Game (e.g., on Steam as a standalone product).
3. EARLY ACCESS NOTICE
Project Num is being released as an Early Access title. This means:
- The Game is still under active development.
- Some features may change, expand, or be removed entirely.
- The OST may not be complete at the time of download and will be updated as the Game evolves.
4. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the Game.
- Rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or resell the Game.
- Use the Game for any commercial purpose without express written consent from Ruby Fever Oy.
5. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if:
- You fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.
- You attempt to sublicense, transfer, or distribute the Game in violation of this Agreement.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Game is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind. Ruby Fever Oy does not guarantee that the Game will function without errors or interruptions.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Ruby Fever Oy be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game, even if Ruby Fever Oy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Finland, in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Finland Chamber of Commerce.
9. CREDITS
Project Num is developed and published by Ruby Fever Oy, with contributions from named developers and composers who are appropriately credited on the game's Steam page and within the game.
ACCEPTANCE
By clicking "Accept" or installing the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
