END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Shelves and Sorcery: Tidy Up the Enchanted Shop

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Teddy Bear Games LLC ("Teddy Bear Games," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the video game Shelves and Sorcery: Tidy Up the Enchanted Shop, including its software, executable files, updates, patches, downloadable content, documentation, and other materials provided with the game (collectively, the "Game").
Please read this Agreement carefully before installing, accessing, or using the Game.
By purchasing, downloading, installing, launching, accessing, or otherwise using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, you should not install, access, or use the Game.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Teddy Bear Games LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
The Game is licensed to you, not sold.
Your purchase or acquisition of the Game does not transfer to you any ownership interest in the Game, its software, content, intellectual property, or any technology incorporated into it.
You may install and use the Game on devices authorized through the Steam account through which you lawfully acquired the Game, subject to the applicable rules and terms of the Steam platform.
2. OWNERSHIP
Except for third-party materials and technology identified below, Teddy Bear Games LLC owns or controls all right, title, and interest in and to the Game and its original content, including, where applicable:
Game code and systems;
Game design;
Original characters and creatures;
Original names and terminology;
Original artwork and visual elements;
Original writing, dialogue, and lore;
User interface elements;
Audio created or owned by Teddy Bear Games LLC;
Logos and branding;
The Shelves and Sorcery name and associated branding; and
Other original materials created for the Game.
The Game may also contain software, assets, technology, trademarks, copyrighted materials, or other content owned or licensed by third parties. Those materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used pursuant to their applicable licenses.
Nothing in this Agreement grants you ownership of any portion of the Game.
All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved by Teddy Bear Games LLC and the applicable third-party rights holders.
3. PERMITTED USE
You may use the Game for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
You may also create and share screenshots, gameplay videos, livestreams, reviews, commentary, guides, and similar fan or community content featuring the Game, including monetized videos and livestreams, provided that such use does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or official affiliation with Teddy Bear Games LLC.
Reasonable transformative fan content and community discussion of the Game are welcomed.
This permission does not grant you ownership of any Game content appearing within such materials.
4. RESTRICTIONS
Except where expressly permitted by applicable law or this Agreement, you may not:
Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the Game or copies of the Game;
Copy or reproduce the Game except as reasonably necessary for its authorized installation and use;
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law;
Extract, rip, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or separately use assets, models, textures, animations, audio, code, or other content contained within the Game;
Use Game content or third-party licensed content contained within the Game to create another game, application, product, service, asset pack, dataset, or other commercial work;
Circumvent, disable, interfere with, or attempt to bypass security, authentication, digital rights management, or other technical protections associated with the Game;
Use unauthorized software, exploits, automation, cheats, modifications, or other methods intended to manipulate competitive systems, including online leaderboards;
Falsify, manipulate, or improperly submit leaderboard results or otherwise interfere with the integrity of online features;
Use the Game in violation of applicable law; or
Represent yourself as Teddy Bear Games LLC or falsely suggest that your product, content, service, or activity is officially endorsed by or affiliated with Teddy Bear Games LLC.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be restricted under applicable law.
5. STEAM
The Game is distributed through Steam, a service operated by Valve Corporation.
Your acquisition and use of the Game through Steam may also be subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and other applicable Steam terms.
Teddy Bear Games LLC is responsible for the Game itself as provided under this Agreement. Valve Corporation is not a party to this Agreement between you and Teddy Bear Games LLC.
Steam functionality, including account services, achievements, cloud services, networking, leaderboards, or other platform functionality, may be provided or facilitated by Valve Corporation and may be subject to separate Steam terms and availability.
6. ONLINE FEATURES AND LEADERBOARDS
The Game may include optional online functionality, including online leaderboards or other features that communicate with online services.
You agree not to intentionally manipulate, falsify, exploit, or interfere with leaderboard results or online functionality.
Teddy Bear Games LLC reserves the right to remove, invalidate, reset, or otherwise modify leaderboard entries that we reasonably believe resulted from cheating, exploits, bugs, unauthorized software, data manipulation, or other activity that compromises the integrity of the leaderboard.
We may modify, suspend, reset, or discontinue online features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, technical changes, abuse prevention, or continued operation of the Game.
We do not guarantee that any online service or leaderboard will remain available indefinitely.
7. UPDATES AND CHANGES TO THE GAME
Teddy Bear Games LLC may provide patches, bug fixes, balance changes, improvements, additions, removals, or other updates to the Game.
The Game and its features may change over time.
Updates may modify gameplay systems, content, compatibility, online functionality, or other portions of the Game.
Nothing in this Agreement requires Teddy Bear Games LLC to provide any particular update, feature, content, or online service indefinitely.
8. SAVE DATA
The Game may create and modify locally stored save files and may use Steam-supported features such as Steam Cloud where available.
Although reasonable efforts may be made to maintain compatibility and reliability, Teddy Bear Games LLC cannot guarantee that save data will never become corrupted, lost, incompatible, or otherwise unavailable.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of locally stored data where appropriate.
9. UNREAL ENGINE AND EPIC GAMES TECHNOLOGY
The Game was developed using Unreal Engine and may incorporate technology and content licensed from Epic Games, Inc. or its affiliates ("Epic").
Unreal Engine and certain associated technology are owned by Epic and its licensors.
Epic is not a party to this Agreement between you and Teddy Bear Games LLC.
No ownership interest in Unreal Engine, Epic Licensed Technology, Epic Licensed Content, or other Epic materials is transferred to you under this Agreement.
Any Epic Licensed Technology or Licensed Content incorporated into the Game is provided solely as an inseparable part of the Game and only to the extent necessary for your permitted use of the Game.
You may not extract, redistribute, sublicense, or separately use Epic Licensed Technology or Licensed Content contained within the Game.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TEDDY BEAR GAMES LLC MAKES NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR CONDITION ON BEHALF OF EPIC REGARDING ANY EPIC LICENSED TECHNOLOGY OR LICENSED CONTENT INCORPORATED INTO THE GAME.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EPIC, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS DISCLAIM ALL REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, AND LIABILITIES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE EPIC LICENSED TECHNOLOGY OR LICENSED CONTENT INCORPORATED INTO THE GAME.
Epic, Unreal, Unreal Engine, and their respective logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States and elsewhere.
10. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND SOFTWARE
The Game may contain software libraries, plugins, assets, audio, fonts, middleware, or other materials supplied by third parties.
Such materials may be subject to separate licenses, copyright notices, attribution requirements, or other terms.
Ownership of those materials remains with their respective owners.
Where required, applicable third-party notices or license information may be provided with the Game, within its installation directory, credits, documentation, or another reasonably accessible location.
Nothing in this Agreement grants you a separate license to extract or redistribute third-party content incorporated into the Game.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Game and its contents are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United States and other jurisdictions.
Teddy Bear Games LLC retains all rights in its intellectual property except for the limited license expressly granted to you under this Agreement.
Third-party intellectual property remains owned by its respective rights holders.
You acquire no ownership rights merely by purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Game.
12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Nothing in this Agreement affects any statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS."
TEDDY BEAR GAMES LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TEDDY BEAR GAMES LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, THAT IT WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE CONFIGURATION, THAT ALL DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT ONLINE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS REMAIN AVAILABLE.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, these exclusions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TEDDY BEAR GAMES LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.
THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, DEVICE OR SOFTWARE DAMAGE, OR INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF TEDDY BEAR GAMES LLC ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE GAME OR THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE GAME.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
14. TERMINATION
This Agreement remains effective until terminated.
Your rights under this Agreement automatically terminate if you materially violate its terms.
Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and, where legally required, delete copies of the Game in your possession or control.
Provisions concerning ownership, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, third-party rights, governing law, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Termination of this Agreement does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
15. REFUNDS
Purchases made through Steam are subject to Steam's applicable refund policies and procedures.
Nothing in this Agreement limits refund rights or other consumer protections that you may have under applicable law.
16. GOVERNING LAW
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this Agreement and any dispute arising from or relating to it will be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws applicable in your place of residence where those protections cannot legally be waived.
17. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where possible.
The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
18. NO WAIVER
Failure by Teddy Bear Games LLC to enforce any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
19. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
Teddy Bear Games LLC may update this Agreement when reasonably necessary to reflect changes to the Game, applicable law, platform requirements, third-party licensing requirements, online functionality, or our business practices.
Where required by applicable law, material changes will be communicated or presented to you before they become binding.
The "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this Agreement indicates when this Agreement was most recently revised.
20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the agreement between you and Teddy Bear Games LLC concerning your license to and use of the Game, except for additional terms that may apply through Steam or other third-party services used in connection with the Game.
If any applicable mandatory law conflicts with this Agreement, that law controls to the extent of the conflict.

10. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND SOFTWARE

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
14. TERMINATION
This Agreement remains effective until terminated.
Your rights under this Agreement automatically terminate if you materially violate its terms.
Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and, where legally required, delete copies of the Game in your possession or control.
Provisions concerning ownership, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, third-party rights, governing law, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Termination of this Agreement does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
15. REFUNDS
Purchases made through Steam are subject to Steam's applicable refund policies and procedures.
Nothing in this Agreement limits refund rights or other consumer protections that you may have under applicable law.
16. GOVERNING LAW
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this Agreement and any dispute arising from or relating to it will be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws applicable in your place of residence where those protections cannot legally be waived.
17. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where possible.
The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
18. NO WAIVER
Failure by Teddy Bear Games LLC to enforce any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
19. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
Teddy Bear Games LLC may update this Agreement when reasonably necessary to reflect changes to the Game, applicable law, platform requirements, third-party licensing requirements, online functionality, or our business practices.
Where required by applicable law, material changes will be communicated or presented to you before they become binding.
The "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this Agreement indicates when this Agreement was most recently revised.
20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the agreement between you and Teddy Bear Games LLC concerning your license to and use of the Game, except for additional terms that may apply through Steam or other third-party services used in connection with the Game.
If any applicable mandatory law conflicts with this Agreement, that law controls to the extent of the conflict.
