This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “User” or “Licensee”) and Lucky Byte Games (“Licensor” or “Developer”) for the game Bling Bling Bankruptcy (“Game”).
By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Grant of License
The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the Game for personal, non-commercial use on a supported platform.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent any part of the Game.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
• Modify or create derivative works based on the Game.
3. Intellectual Property
The Game and all related content, including but not limited to text, graphics, music, and code, are owned by the Licensor and protected by copyright laws. You do not own any intellectual property rights to the Game.
4. No Warranty
The Game is provided “as is,” and the Licensor does not provide any warranties, express or implied, regarding the Game’s performance, compatibility, or bug-free operation. The Licensor is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the Game.
5. Privacy and Data Collection
The Game may collect data related to gameplay or performance. By using the Game, you consent to this data collection.
6. Termination
This Agreement will terminate immediately if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete any copies from your devices.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes related to this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of Canada.
By installing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this EULA.
