End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”) and the licensor, Ki-nodes Studio, regarding the software product(s) (“Game(s)”). By downloading, installing, or using any of our Games, you agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement.
1. Grant of License
Ki-nodes Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game(s) for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game(s);
- Resell, rent, redistribute, or sublicense the Game(s);
- Use the Game(s) for commercial or public purposes;
- Bypass any access controls or licensing mechanisms;
- Publish translations or derivative works without prior permission;
- Commercially distribute or monetize mods, fan games, or other derivative works based on the Game(s) without prior written consent.
3. Third-Party Platforms
Use of the Game(s) on platforms such as Steam or Epic Games Store is subject to each platform’s respective terms of service and privacy policy. These platforms may control features such as achievements, cloud saves, and access to downloadable content.
Refunds for purchases made through these platforms are handled according to their respective refund policies. Ki-nodes Studio does not process refunds and cannot override decisions made by these platforms.
4. Ownership
All Games and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Ki-nodes Studio. No ownership rights are transferred under this Agreement.
5. Fan Content
Ki-nodes Studio permits the non-commercial sharing of screenshots, gameplay footage, and fan art, provided such content:
- Clearly credits the original Game(s);
- Does not misrepresent official branding or imply endorsement;
- Remains free and publicly accessible.
You may not create or distribute derivative works—including fan games, rebranded assets, or modifications—for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
An official fan content policy may be released in the future.
6. Restrictions on Use with Artificial Intelligence
You may not:
- Use any portion of the Game(s)—including assets, code, audio, visual elements, narrative structure, or gameplay mechanics—as input for training, fine-tuning, or prompting any artificial intelligence or machine learning system;
- Use AI systems to generate or create content that mimics, reproduces, or is substantially based on the Game(s) or their components;
- Use generative AI tools to produce content that imitates or is clearly derived from the style or substance of the Game(s), whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
These restrictions apply regardless of whether such systems are public, private, open-source, or proprietary.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
The Game(s) are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Ki-nodes Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ki-nodes Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Game(s), if any.
9. Termination
This Agreement terminates immediately upon breach. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Game(s) and cease all use.
10. Language
This Agreement is provided in English only. No official translations are available.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
