This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and GoatFish Studios AB ("Developer") regarding the use of the software product Battle Food Mania ("Software").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License
GoatFish Studios AB grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal entertainment purposes.

2. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. You may not distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software.

3. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the Software remain with GoatFish Studios AB.

4. Multiplayer and Online Features
Battle Food Mania includes online multiplayer functionality via the Steam platform, including integration with Steam Friends. You acknowledge that online features require an active internet connection and a valid Steam account. GoatFish Studios AB is not responsible for connectivity issues, account access problems, or third-party service interruptions. You agree to use online features respectfully and not engage in harassment, cheating, or disruptive behavior.

5. Disclaimer Regarding Unreal® Engine
Battle Food Mania uses Unreal® Engine. Unreal® is a trademark or registered trademark of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States of America and elsewhere. Epic Games, Inc. makes no representations, warranties, conditions, or liabilities with respect to the Software. All such representations, warranties, conditions, and liabilities are expressly disclaimed.

6. Limitation of Liability
GoatFish Studios AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.

7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by uninstalling the Software. GoatFish Studios AB may terminate it if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
