END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) – Her Place VR
1. Parties and Definitions
This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal contract between you ("User" or "Licensee") and the developer/owner of Her Place VR ("Licensor"). By installing, copying, or using the game, you agree to all terms of this EULA.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Licensor grants you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of Her Place VR solely for your own entertainment purposes.
3. Restrictions on Use
You may not directly or indirectly:
a) Rent, lease, lend, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the game or any copy;
b) Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works, except as allowed by law;
c) Use the game for commercial purposes, public performance, or competitions not authorized by Licensor.
4. Adult Content Warning
Her Place VR contains nudity and adult themes and is intended only for users who are at least 18 or who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
5. Updates and Patches
Licensor may provide updates, patches, or enhancements to the game. All such updates are subject to this EULA and become part of the licensed software.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All title, ownership, and intellectual property rights in the game (including code, art, audio, trademarks) remain with Licensor or its licensors. This EULA grants only a limited license to use the game.
7. Data Collection & Privacy
The game may collect technical data and usage statistics to improve the product. Any personal data collection will comply with applicable laws. See the Privacy Policy within the game or on the official website for details.
8. No Warranties
The game is provided “as is,” with all faults, and without any express or implied warranty. Licensor disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data) arising from your use or inability to use the game.
10. Indemnification
You, as Licensee, agree to indemnify and hold harmless Licensor for any damages, costs, or attorney’s fees arising from your intentional or negligent breach of this EULA.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This EULA is governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil.
12. General Provisions
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Licensor may modify this EULA at any time; continued use of the game constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
