License Grant
Hwiryeon Lee (“Licensor”) hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software titled “Isekai Training” (“Software”) solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to your compliance with this Agreement.
Restrictions
You shall not rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software. Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or creating derivative works of the Software is strictly prohibited, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the Software, including intellectual property rights, remain with Hwiryeon Lee.
Updates and Maintenance
Hwiryeon Lee may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software at sole discretion. Such updates are subject to this Agreement.
Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.
Warranty Disclaimer
The Software is provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Hwiryeon Lee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Hwiryeon Lee regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements.
