End User License Agreement (EULA) for GrimmVale
1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and GrimmVale Studios Limited ("GrimmVale Studios") for the use of the video game "GrimmVale" ("Game"). By downloading or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. License Grant
GrimmVale Studios grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is limited to a single-player experience.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to artwork, music, and other assets, are owned by GrimmVale Studios or are used under license. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading or using the Game.
4. Use of Assets
While the Game includes both free-to-use and GrimmVale Studios-owned assets, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Game without express permission from GrimmVale Studios.
5. Data Collection
The Game does not collect personal information beyond what is necessary for purchasing the Game on platforms such as Steam, Google Play Store, or Apple Play Store. GrimmVale Studios respects your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws.
6. In-App Purchases and DLC
The Game does not include in-app purchases. Future downloadable content (DLC) may include high-resolution artwork, but no other DLC is planned.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrimmVale Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.
8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Amendments
GrimmVale Studios reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated to you through the Game platform.
