# END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR MIDWAY 1981
## 1. INTRODUCTION
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and David Riggle regarding your use of MIDWAY 1981 and any associated media, printed materials, and electronic documentation (the "Software").

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
## 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL DAVID RIGGLE BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Software.
