PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS GAME.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the software product "The Cat" ("Software"), developed by Kingsdom LLC ("Licensor"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not install or use the Software.

1. Grant of License
The Licensor grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions
You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Software, except as expressly permitted;
  
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
  
• Use the Software for any commercial purpose without written consent from the Licensor;
  
• Use cheats, automation software, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Software.

3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

4. User Content
If the Software allows you to create, upload, or share content ("User Content"), you grant the Licensor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display your User Content within the Software and related services.

5. Updates and Patches
The Licensor may deploy updates, patches, or changes to the Software, which may modify or delete features or content. You agree that the Licensor has no obligation to support older versions.

6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software.

7. Warranty Disclaimer
The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. The Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Software.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your jurisdiction, e.g., Georgia, EU, etc.], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Miscellaneous
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
