1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and KaoludKung ("Developer") governing your use of the game "The Last Bloom" ("Software"). By installing, accessing, or using this Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. License Grant
Developer grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license is limited to the terms set forth in this Agreement.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software.
- Distribute, sublicense, or lease any part of the Software.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Use the Software for commercial purposes without the Developer's written permission.
4.Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the Software are owned by the Developer. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Software.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Developer does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
Acceptance
By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
