Niut is a product created by AF Works ® and made under the Unity V2017 graphic engine corresponding to Unity Technologies | 2025.
| Terms of use:
- All users who download "NIUT" during the test release and prior to the official demo release can share it for free.
- The intellectual property rights of the product belonging to the trademark of AF Works ® cannot be infringed.
This implies:
Protection of names, logos and slogans.
It establishes rights of use only.
And we indicate that the trademark has been registered in a national trademark office (INPI, Trademark Registry, Argentina), which allows us to take legal action if required and in the event of any misuse of the product as in the following example.
- During the official release of the demo and subsequent updates, it is strictly forbidden to share the game illegally.
- It is permitted to create content from the product such as artistic material (drawings, images, renderings, texts, etc.) in order to increase the visibility of the product.
- The user may not make unauthorized commercial use of the software.
| Final Provision:
This End User License Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Licensor and the User regarding the use of the software or service described herein. By using this software or service, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein. This agreement concludes with the provisions set forth herein, without any additional terms beyond those stipulated.
