Educational Software for Literacy Support and Dyslexia Intervention

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal contract between you (“User”) and Puzzle Mind, the company responsible for the development of the Palavra Animada application (“Application”).
By accessing, installing, or using Palavra Animada, you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree with the terms, do not use the Application.
1. License Grant
Palavra Animada is licensed, not sold, to you. Puzzle Mind grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application solely for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes.
2. Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Application;
• Use the Application for illegal purposes or purposes prohibited by this EULA;
• Share, redistribute, sublicense, or rent the Application without the express authorization of Puzzle Mind.
3. Content and Intellectual Property
All content within Palavra Animada — including text, images, sounds, design, and artificial intelligence algorithms — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to the User.
4. Data Collection
Palavra Animada may collect limited usage and performance information from players for the purposes of service improvement, educational analysis, and sending reports to parents or guardians, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
No sensitive personal data from children will be collected without the consent of parents or legal guardians, in compliance with applicable laws, including the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei n.º 13.709/2018, particularly Article 14), the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet, and the Brazilian Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA). For users in other jurisdictions, Puzzle Mind is also committed to compliance with applicable child data protection regulations, such as COPPA (United States) and GDPR provisions on children’s data (European Union).
5. Updates and Modifications
Puzzle Mind may update or modify the Application at any time to improve features, fix bugs, or ensure security. Some updates may be mandatory for continued use of the Application.
6. Limitation of Liability
Palavra Animada is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Puzzle Mind be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Application.
7. Termination
This EULA remains in effect until terminated. Puzzle Mind may terminate your license at any time if you violate any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application.
8. General Provisions
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, with express waiver of any other venue, however privileged it may be.
By using Palavra Animada, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms above.
