END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Fispeer Studios ("Company") and the end user ("User") who downloads, installs, or uses the software ("Software"). This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the User with respect to the Software.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
The Company grants the User a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. The User may not sell, rent, lease, modify, or reverse engineer the Software. This license is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
2. OWNERSHIP RIGHTS
The Software and all rights, title, and interest in the Software, including any intellectual property rights, are owned by the Company. The User does not acquire any rights or ownership in the Software, except for the limited license to use the Software as provided under this Agreement. No part of the Software may be reproduced, modified, or used without the express written consent of the Company.
3. PRIVACY AND DATA USAGE
During the use of the Software, certain data may be collected from the User. The collection and use of such data will be governed by the Company's Privacy Policy. By using the Software, the User consents to the collection and use of their data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
4. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The Software is provided "as is," without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Company does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Software, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
6. TERMINATION
This Agreement will terminate automatically if the User fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must immediately stop using the Software and delete all copies of the Software from their devices. The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement without prior notice in case of a breach by the User.
7. APPLICABLE LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using the Software, the User acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If the User does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, they should not download or use the Software.
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Company and the User concerning the Software and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
