This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) and Alebit 7 Studios (hereinafter referred to as the “Licensor”).
By installing, copying, or using AlberoquiSide, the User acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install, copy, or use the game.

The Licensor grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use AlberoquiSide on personal device(s), solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

The User may:
- Play the game for personal use;
- Create Audiovisual Content: You are permitted to create and monetize videos, live streams, reviews, and other audiovisual content related to AlberoquiSide, provided that, whenever possible, a link to the official Steam page or the Licensor's official social media channels or other content-sharing platforms is included.
This permission is strictly limited to audiovisual content creation.
Any other form of commercial exploitation of the game or its elements (including characters, music, artwork, logos, and code) remains prohibited, except with the Licensor's express written permission.
This includes, but is not limited to, producing or selling T-shirts, mugs, posters, prints, or other products featuring elements of the game.


- Fan Art and Non-Commercial Content: The User is permitted to create and share fan art, fan fiction, image edits, and other content inspired by AlberoquiSide, provided that such content is not used for commercial or profit-making purposes. This authorization does not grant any ownership rights over the game or its elements.

- Game Music: The User may include game music in videos, live streams, and online playlists (such as YouTube, Twitch, or similar platforms), provided that the music is not sold, distributed separately, or otherwise commercially exploited.

The User may not, without prior written consent from the Licensor:
- Distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or make copies of the game available to third parties;
- Copy, modify, extract, or reuse elements of the game (including characters, story, music, artwork, graphics, logos, and sound effects) for other projects or purposes;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with the game, except where expressly permitted by applicable law (such as for interoperability or legal requirements);
- Use the game in a fraudulent, malicious, or disruptive manner.

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in AlberoquiSide remain the exclusive property of the Licensor.
This EULA does not transfer ownership of the game to the User, but grants only a limited license to use it as described herein.

The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The Licensor does not guarantee that the game will operate without interruption or error, and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the game.

This EULA remains in effect until terminated. Any breach of its terms by the User will result in immediate termination of the license without prior notice.

The Licensor reserves the right to update or modify this EULA at any time. Updates will be published on the official Steam store page and take effect immediately upon publication.

This EULA shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. The courts of the district of Manaus, Amazonas State, Brazil, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from this agreement.

If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
