Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before installing or using the software. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
This Agreement is between you (either an individual or a single entity) and CosmicMelody, a private individual residing in Poland ("the Developer").
1. Grant of License
Licensor hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use EchoEvade ("the Game") solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement. By purchasing and installing the Game, you acknowledge that the license is granted to you upon payment.
2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to any content, assets, and intellectual property rights, are owned by the Developer. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership interest in the Game.

4. Steam Workshop and User-Generated Content
a. You may create and share custom content ("User-Generated Content" or "UGC") through the Steam Workshop, provided that such content does not infringe any third-party rights.
b. You may not upload, share, or distribute any copyrighted music, samples, images, or other media via the Steam Workshop unless you own the copyright or have obtained the necessary rights and permissions.
c. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your UGC complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to copyright, intellectual property, defamation, and obscenity laws. You agree to indemnify and hold the Developer harmless from any legal claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use, distribution, or sharing of your UGC.
d. The Developer reserves the right to remove or disable access to any UGC that, in their sole discretion, violates this Agreement, any applicable law, or the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
5. Prohibition on AI Training
You may not use any part of the Game, including but not limited to visual, audio, code, metadata, or gameplay elements ("Game Assets"), to train, validate, fine-tune, or otherwise contribute to the development of any generative or predictive artificial intelligence system without prior written permission from the Developer.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Game and all of its component parts.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Polish law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved by the competent courts of Poland.

- Use any Game Assets for the purpose of training, developing, or fine-tuning any machine learning or generative AI models.
