ARBORVITAE - End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between Ludicra Games and you. This Agreement governs your use of the 2D video game titled "ARBORVITAE". By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, rent, lease, loan, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Game to any third party.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of any part of the Game.
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the Game.
Use the Game with cheats, bots, hacks, or other unauthorized third-party software.
Cheat in online multiplayer mode or disrupt the gaming experience of others.
Use the Game for any illegal purpose or any purpose that violates the rights of the Licensor.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights) are owned by the Licensor. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." THE LICENSOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES THAT THE GAME WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
5. Limitation of Liability
THE LICENSOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.
6. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by you or the Licensor at any time. The Licensor may immediately terminate your license if you violate the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the Game and delete all copies.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
8. General Provisions
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor and supersedes all prior agreements or communications regarding the Game. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the Agreement.
