END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR SHOW YOURSELF (DIRECTOR'S CUT)
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PLAYING THE GAME.
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee" or "You") and WattyGames, the developer ("Licensor"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using Show Yourself (Director's Cut) ("Game"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
GRANT OF LICENSE
The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This license allows you to:
Install and play the Game on your personal devices.
Stream, record, and share videos of the Game on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, or other similar platforms for personal and non-commercial purposes.
RESTRICTIONS
You are not permitted to:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game in any way.
Rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Game, or any part thereof, for commercial purposes.
Sell, transmit, host, or exploit the Game for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from the Licensor.
LICENSING TERMS
This Game is provided under the licensing terms of Steam. By playing the Game, you agree to be bound by Steam's terms of service and other applicable terms set forth by Steam.
OWNERSHIP
The Game is owned by the Licensor and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. This license does not grant you ownership rights to the Game, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Licensor.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
The Licensor reserves the right to update, fix, or modify the Game at any time, including but not limited to bug fixes, performance enhancements, or additional features. These updates will be made available through the Steam platform, and you agree to automatically receive and install such updates as they become available.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, any lost profits, lost data, or other consequential, indirect, or incidental damages) arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Game, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions outlined herein. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Game and delete all copies of the Game from your devices.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
