END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)Snap Flex

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Ayrton Alexis ("Company") for the game "Snap Flex" ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use one copy of the Software for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this Agreement. All other rights are expressly reserved by the Company.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You agree that you will NOT:
Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Software, except as permitted by law.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Use the Software for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Company.
Use the Software for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.
Circumvent or disable security features of the Software.
3. OWNERSHIP
All rights, title, and interest in the Software, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, remain the exclusive property of the Company. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If the Software allows users to create, upload, or share content ("User-Generated Content"), you retain ownership of your content but grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, distribute, and display such content within the Software and related promotional materials.
5. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
The Company may release updates, patches, or modifications to improve the Software. You agree that the Company has the right to modify or discontinue the Software at any time without prior notice.
6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
7. LIABILITY LIMITATION
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Software.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK.
10. ONLINE AND MULTIPLAYER USE
Any use of this software or related assets have nothing to do with Ayrton Alexis nor any of the Team involved in creating Snap Flex. Snap Flex does not monitor the Online features and does not have any awareness of activities performed on the network. The End-User is liable for informing themselves of their local governing laws.

By installing and using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
