# EPIC SURVIVORS
## END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and **Blue Shrimp Games** (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located at https://blueshrimp.gg. By installing, accessing, or using Epic Survivors (the “Game”), including any related websites, software, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

### 1. GRANT OF LICENSE
1.1 We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to this EULA.
1.2 You agree not to sublicense, rent, lease, modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit the Game except as expressly authorized by us.

### 2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
2.1 You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
2.2 You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

### 3. VIRTUAL ITEMS
3.1 The Game may include in-game digital items or currency (“Virtual Items”). They have no real-world value, are non-transferable outside the Game, and remain our property.
3.2 Purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

### 4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
4.1 We (and our licensors) own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game and Services, including but not limited to content, graphics, artwork, code, and trademarks.
4.2 Nothing in this EULA grants you ownership of any part of the Services.

### 5. TERMINATION
5.1 This EULA is effective until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA.
5.2 You may terminate this EULA by deleting the Game and ceasing to use the Services.

### 6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
6.1 The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without any warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that defects will be corrected.

### 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 To the fullest extent allowed by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to use of the Services.
7.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Game (if any), unless otherwise required by applicable law.
