End User License Agreement (EULA)
IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY:
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“You” or “Player”) and Moryi Limited (“Licensor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding the video game software titled Yuki-Tundra (the “Game”), including all related software, updates, patches, downloadable content, and documentation.
By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, You agree to be bound by this Agreement. If You do not agree, do not install, access, or play the Game.
1. License Grant
Subject to compliance with this Agreement, Licensor grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game solely for Your personal, entertainment purposes on compatible devices through Your Steam account.
All rights not expressly granted to You are reserved by Licensor.
2. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. Licensor and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Game except as expressly permitted.
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except as permitted by applicable law.
Use the Game for commercial purposes (e.g., in a cyber café, gaming center, or tournament) without prior written consent.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or digital rights management feature.
4. User-Generated Content (if applicable)
If the Game allows user-generated content (“UGC”), You grant Licensor a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and distribute such UGC in connection with the Game.
You agree not to create or share UGC that is unlawful, infringing, or offensive.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated.
It will terminate automatically if You fail to comply with any term herein.
Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Game and uninstall it.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE GAME.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
