LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH END USER (EULA) FOR "THE NURSE"
PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH END USER (EULA) CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING "THE NURSE" (THE GAME). BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR USING THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE GAME.
1 . LICENSE GRANT
ASKIR Games ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-revocable license to install and use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with the terms of this License Agreement.
2 . RESTRICTIONS
You agree NOT TO:
a. Copy, distribute, or resell the Game or any of its content.
b. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the Game.
c. Use the Game for any illegal, abusive, or unethical purposes.
d. Remove or modify copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary notices.
e. Use the game for commercial purposes (e.g., broadcast for profit without prior consent).
3 . OWNERSHIP
All ownership rights and interest in the Game, including intellectual property rights, belong exclusively to ASKIR Games. This license agreement does not transfer ownership of the Game to you.
4 . TERMINATION
This License Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you violate any of the terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Game and related materials.
5 . UPDATES AND SUPPORT
ASKIR Games may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game at its discretion. Such updates are governed by this License Agreement. Support is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
6 . DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7 . LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASKIR GAMES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS.
8 . APPLICABLE LAW
This License Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, except for principles of conflict of laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Russian Federation.
9 . CHANGES TO THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT
ASKIR Games reserves the right to make changes to this License Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game after the changes are made signifies acceptance of the revised terms. You are responsible for reviewing updates.

11 . FULL AGREEMENT
