END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
for Sketchy Driver

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("You" or "User") and Gamalytix SpA ("We", "Us", or "Developer"), governing your use of the game Sketchy Driver ("Software" or "Game").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not install or use the Software.
1. Grant of License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Software on a personal device solely for your private, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. Ownership
This Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software (including but not limited to any images, artwork, music, text, code, and all other content) are owned by Gamalytix SpA or its licensors.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software to any third party.
Use the Software for commercial purposes without express written consent.
Use cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software.
4. User-Generated Content (UGC)
If the Software allows you to submit content (e.g., custom levels, names, etc.), you grant Gamalytix SpA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content.
You may not upload any content that is illegal, infringing, offensive, or violates this Agreement or Steam’s terms.
5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by deleting the Software. This Agreement will terminate automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAMALYTIX SPA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
8. Updates and Patches
We may provide updates or patches to the Software. These may be installed automatically. This Agreement will apply to all such updates, unless accompanied by a separate license.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chile, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
