End User License Agreement (EULA) PIONER Multiplayer Game
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access and use of the multiplayer game PIONER ("Game"), provided by GFAGAMES BALKAN DOO ("Company"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to comply with this Agreement.
1. License Grant: The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. User Conduct: You agree not to exploit the Game or use it in a manner that disrupts other players' experience or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
3. Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game are exclusively owned by GFAGAMES BALKAN DOO.
4. No In-Game Purchases: This demonstration version of the Game does not contain in-game purchases. Any claims or misunderstandings regarding payments are not applicable.
5. Data Collection: The Game may collect and process in-game data to debug and improve the Game in the future.
6. Disclaimer of Liability: The Game is currently in development and provided as a test demonstration version. You acknowledge that the Game may contain bugs and errors. It is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GFAGAMES BALKAN DOO expressly disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of the Game.
7. Termination: Your license to play the Game can be terminated at any time if you violate this Agreement.
8. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Serbia, and any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Serbian courts.
By accessing and playing the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this EULA.
